Pet Policy

The hotel strictly doesn’t allow or entertain pet in the hotel premises whether with the room booking or in case of Walk-in for the food and beverage outlets.

However, if the hotel permits pet stays as an exception, a charge of Rs. 2500/- per night, inclusive of taxes and excluding meals, will apply for pet accommodation. In such cases, only the Premium King/Twin room on the ground floor will be offered (subject to availability). Pets must stay in the entrance balcony (outside porch area) of the room. For freshening up, guests must take their pets outside the hotel compound wall in the morning and evening. Pets are not allowed to move or walk inside the hotel compound. Guests should bring pet accessories, as the hotel will not provide any pet- related items in the room.

The guest needs to place an order for the pet meal with the in-room dining section at an additional charge. Considering the COVID pandemic and other hygiene aspects, the hotel reserves the right to cancel or refuse the stay if the pet is unwell. The guest will be solely responsible for the care and other needs of their pet during the stay at the resort.

For pet meal requirements, please inform our team in advance; it will be provided at an additional charge. Bowls or any kind of accessories will not be provided with the pet meal.
