Room Cancellation Policy

Individual Booking

• Till 29 days before check in date - NIL

• 28 to 20 days before check in date - 25% cost towards Room Package

• 19 to 8 days before check in date- 50% cost towards Room Package

• 7 days before check in date - 100% cost towards Room Package

Groups/Wedding and Mice 

• Ninety days prior to arrival (90days) - A cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the package rate will be charged as retention.

• Sixty days prior to arrival (60 days) - A cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the package rate will be charged as retention.

• Forty-Five days prior to arrival (45 days) - A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the package rate will be charged as retention.

• No-Show Policy: - A no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the package rate will be charged as retention The above attrition will be applicable on the entire wedding package.

No advance amount against room booking will be refunded in the event of cancellation due to force majeure or any emergency. Advance adjustment if any will be as per management discretion only.
